The book will be available after May 23,2013. Pictures submitted for baby ads are being sent back and should arrive by the end of the month. If you still have not received your pictures by May 30th, please email babyads@dpnews.org.

Online: Scan at 300dpi and upload them here (click the button in the top right corner to create an account). Be sure to name as “lastnamefirstname_babyad” (ex: dentjohn_babyad) and as a tag and your child’s name in the description on the upload form. Confirm that it was received with an email to babyads@dpnews.org.Email: Scan at 300dpi and email them to babyads@dpnews.org with Subject: “Baby Ad for (your child’s name)”. Baby Ad Sizes
1/8 page 15 picas tall x 22 picas wide (2.5 in x 3.6 in)
1/4 page 31 picas tall x 22 picas wide (5.1 in x 3.6 in)
1/2 page 31 picas tall x 45 picas wide (5.1 in x 7.8 in)
full page 63 picas tall x 45 picas wide (10.5 in x 7.8 in)
*Note: 1 pica is ⅙ inch. All inch measurements are rounded down to the nearest tenth
Regarding spacing, fonts, font sizes, and format: You have complete freedom to create and design your own ad
Deadlines:
November 2nd: all materials for Baby Ads must be submitted. Self-made ads must be submitted at this time as well. Late penalties may apply! Prices will increase for purchases past this date.January: last month to purchase a baby ad, all materials must be submitted with form.
Late baby ad submissions will not be in alphabetical orderWe will be having Design Nights in October for parents who want help designing/creating ads (*stay posted)
