Shannon Thoits

Editor-In-Chief

Editor-In-Chief of the 2013 yearbook, Shannon Thoits often has too much energy for her own good, and loves anything yearbook-related. This is Shannon’s second year on The Image staff, and she is currently a junior here at DP. In the little time that she spends outside the yearbook room, Shannon loves to play soccer, ride her bike, watch episodes of Greys Anatomy (she wants to be a surgeon someday), braid hair (but not her own), hike and backpack, and play her piano and guitar (mostly Jack Johnson, Adele, and Taylor Swift). Shannon is sure she will have a blast this year as she, along with the rest of the staff, creates an amazing yearbook.

William Pan

Design Editor

William Pan is a depressive & an insomniac. He spends most of his life sitting in dilapidated & uncomfortable desks manufactured from galvanised metal, cheap plastic, & dead wood. The rest of the time he wonders why he does this. (It may not sound like he enjoys yearbook but he really does and loves everyone in it!)

Stacy Johnson

Co-Business Manager

Stacy is a senior this year and is very excited about being Co-Business Manager with Mari! This is her third year on staff and second year being an editor! She was the People Editor last year and loved the job and getting to know people around the campus. She is also on the Varsity Cheer team and she has been part of the cheer program every year! She will most likely major in business or event-planning with her experience of organizing things for the yearbook!

Jessica Chalfant

Photo Editor

Jessica is a senior this year and is currently the photo editor for the yearbook! She is so excited to be apart of the yearbook staff again for her third year in the yearbook class after being a Co-People Editor last year with Stacy. She is so excited to create another wonderful book too! Outside of school you can find her in the Zodos arcade for her job or taking pictures down at the beach. When she graduates this upcoming year from Dos Pueblos she hopes to become a nurse.

Sara Doyle

Copy (Writing) Editor

Sara is a junior this year and looking forward to her 2nd year on staff. She is “stoked” to be Copy Editor this year and is excited to work with all the new staff members and new editors to create an outstanding book! In her spare time, she likes to play soccer, go on adventures with her siblings, read novels, and write about her life. She feels the most comfortable at the beach with a book in her lap and her camera by her side.

Emily

People Editor

Emily is a Junior this year and is currently the people editor for the Dos Pueblos Yearbook. She is excited to be a part of the yearbook team for her second year in a row after being a staff member last year and can’t wait to put all of her ideas for more coverage to use in the 2012-2013 yearbook! When not working on the yearbook Emily is found in her kitchen creating yummy treats for friends and family to taste and enjoy.

Savanna

Clubs Editor

Savanna is a senior and is so excited for her first year on yearbook! This year she will be the clubs editior of the yearbook, as well as a part of costume crew, and a coach of a U10 girls soccer team. Outside of school she enjoys being crafty, making baked goodies, and singing too loudly. After high school she would like to go into the scientific field, and work towards a career in education or medicine. She hopes you love the yearbook as much as we love making it for you!

Anna

Co-Sports Editor

Anna is a senior this year and is very excited to be a part of yearbook for the first time! This year she will play her third year as goalkeeper for the DP varsity soccer team and coach a U10 girls AYSO team. Outside school you can find her listening to music in her room, hanging out at the beach, or spending time with her friends. After high school she plans to go to a 4 year college, become a nurse and learn to speak Spanish fluently by studying abroad.

Hailey Goodner

A senior at DP this year, Hailey is excited to be participating in yearbook for the first time. She actively competes on the Varstiy Water Polo and Swim teams, and enjoys hanging in and around the pool
